Question by JAK: I am unable to get hot water on tub faucet (Only Cold) while all other faucets are working fine for hot/cold?
This tub has only been used a few times in five years. One other note is we have hard water.

Unscrew the faucet (ring) where the water comes out. There should be a screen inside it. Many times, sediment from hard water will get caught in the screen & block the water flow. If there is nothing to unscrew, then you may need to replace your faucets.

www.DunbarPlumbing.com This is a “before” picture of what is very common in many homes in Northern Kentucky. There was also an ongoing solder joint leak that was addressed at the same time. Anyone that has one of these older laundry tub faucets understands how they are hard to shut off, they leak, and they get hard to use.
