I need to cut some CI pipe out of my house. There is a special kind of tool that snaps iron pipe. Anyone know where I can rent one in Austin? Home Depot doesn’t rent them. I’m having trouble finding a plumbing tool rental place.

Surprised HD doesn’t rent them, since they do here. Try a Tool Rental place. We have those and also Lowes and HD. We also have a larger Ace hardware with rental tools.

* Wrenches: These are common tools which is a “must-have” to tackle plumbing problems. It is difficult to get the right wrench since you may find different types of wrenches in the market. It is generally advised to go for adjustable wrenches since these offers the flexibility to change the grip as and when the situation demands. Fixed wrenches on the other hand, offer only one type of grip. Other types of wrenches are socket wrench, basin wrench and pipe wrench.
